A civic amenity and recycling centre is where people can go to dispose and recycle any waste they have. The Civic Amenity and Recycling Centres are open to all householders and small businesses. Out of the six centres in Pembrokeshire, Winsel Civic Amenity & Recycling Centre is the largest.

Opening Times

  • 1st April - 30th September: 08:00 - 18:00 

  • 1st October - 31st March: 08:00 - 16:00 

  • Open 7 days a week

Directions to the site:

a) From Haverfordwest direction

Take the main road from Merlins Bridge roundabout towards Milford Haven (A4076(T). Take the second turning on the right, the Old Hakin Road. The site is located approx. 1.5 miles down this road on the right. You will have gone over the railway line about half way to the site. If you go under a railway bridge then you have missed the site.

b) From Tiers Cross direction

Take the Old Hakin Road towards Haverfordwest, go under the railway bridge and then the site is located approximately ½ mile on the left.
