The Lido Ponty will be opening it's doors on the 8th of April for the new season ahead. The Lido will be open in time for the Easter holidays for a special two-week period and will remain open until April 23rd. After that it will be open for the summer season on the 27th of May.
Children under 16 will still be able to swim for free at the Lido Ponty, with a minimum charge of £1 for adults and £2.50 for activities in 2017. Due to popularity of the outdoor activities, good weather and the school holidays the Lido will be open for Easter!
there'll be opportunities to lane swim or enjoy a relaxing swim, and you can splash about in their splash pool. All of the activities at the Lido Ponty will be available throughout the season for everyone to join!
This year marks the 90th anniversary of the original opening of the lido at Ynysangharad War Memorial Park in Pontypridd, on July 30, 1927, and we strongly encourage you to join this amazing outdoor activity for water fun and relaxation!
