Young Dorset is a registered charity that works with young people in the County providing learning and development opportunities to improve their life and employability skills through to qualifications.
Part of the work Young Dorset do is running cookery and nutrition workshops for young people, promoting sustainability, local produce and healthy eating, leading on from this they are looking to hold a Food and Sports Festival jointly with Milton Abbey School on 31st August 2015. They will be inviting local food producers and retailers to the event, along with varying sports organisations to allow the attendees to take part in sporting activities on the day.
To ensure the success of the day Young Dorset need prominent advertising and coverage. They are therefore looking to partner with organisations who can assist them in sponsoring different elements of the event and who will benefit from wider marketing. Your logo will be included on any item(s) you sponsor and will also be included on their website and Facebook page. Items they are looking for, but not limited to are:

Marquee Hire (including sponsorship signage)
Generator Hire (including sponsorship signage)
Wristbands (one must be purchased by visitors on entrance)
Goody bags (co-branded pens, notepads, water bottles etc)
T shirts (for staff and volunteers)

Newspaper advertising

Volunteers are also needed on the day for car parking attending, sign posting and run about’s. Young Dorset are also looking for sports volunteers to help co-ordinate the activities on the day and/or refereeing.
