At Lewis-Manning Hospice Care we are dedicated to supporting patients and their loved ones facing life-limiting illnesses across Poole, Purbeck and East Dorset. Our free hospice care services are designed to help people live well through their illness, closer to home. These include: Day Hospices (in-person & virtual), Hospice at Home & respite support, Creative Arts & Wellbeing Activities, Lymphoedema Clinics for cancer patients, Breathlessness Clinics with specialist physiotherapists, Bereavement & Family Support for individuals, groups, and carers. Every year, we need to raise £4 million to continue our vital work—helping improve physical and social well-being, reducing isolation, and alleviating pressures on families and carers. Your support makes this possible.
Registration Fees:
First 100 registrants get a FREE T-shirt! (1 per person)
Participants are encouraged to raise a minimum of £50 per dog in sponsorship to support Lewis-Manning Hospice Care services and therapy dog sessions. Participants will receive a JustGiving link upon registration to set up their individual fundraising pages.
