Martha Trust are residential care homes providing a home for life for young people and adults with profound physical and learning disabilities and provides professional support to their families.
We have 3 residential care homes, Martha House and Frances House are situated in Deal Kent and Mary House in Hastings East Sussex.
Martha House and Frances House accommodation is bright and spacious with a lovely homely feel. The care homes are set in the Deal countryside and close to the neighbouring towns of Canterbury, Sandwich and Ramsgate.
Martha House cares for 12 adults with profound learning disabilities and has 1 place dedicated to respite care.
The range of facilities is excellent and includes a music and sensory room, aromatherapy, reflexology and massage, large hydrotherapy pool and sensory garden.
Frances House is purpose built and home to 5 young people it shares the fantastic facilities that Martha House has to offer.
Situated along side Martha House and Frances House is the Day Care Centre.
The Day Care Centre helps young adults leaving full time education and has full use of the trusts facilities.
The caring devoted Martha Trust staff help the residents develop to their full potential by giving them a personal programme to suit their individual needs. Teamwork and individual support are high priorities and they ensure that everyone in their care enjoys life to the fullest. The staff are trained in a variety of different therapies such as reflexology, massage and aromatherapy
