Flawless Flooring recently provided an excellent competitive service to us here at Gowrings of Reading. We suffered some major flood damage to our ground floor Service Reception and Parts department areas. Mark and his team came in on a Friday evening worked through the night and completed the job by Saturday mid afternoon. This meant that there was very little disruption to our business, all areas were left clean and tidy and the work was completed to our total satisfaction. We have already asked them to quote for further flooring work in other areas of our business. We would certainly recommend Flawless Flooring.

I had an urgent health and safety matter after our carpet at the front of our office doors was pulled up by a clumsy delivery driver. Your speedy willingness to supply carpet for such a small but important job was great. You gave me some great options with multiple colours to pick from and somehow managed to pick exactly the same colour completely by coincidence.
Mark came round and fitted the carpet within 15 minutes and vacuumed all of the dust.
The carpet is now a lot firmer and is showing no signs of displacement in what is a very busy/wearing environment.

As you know my son was on holiday and we took this opportunity to gut and renovate our bedroom, whilst sleeping in my son’s vacant bedroom. As you can appreciate these things take longer than first expected and before you know it, we had less than three days to get the job finished and out of his room.
I sent you an email at 6.46 am Thursday morning, specifying the size and type of carpet I would like to put in the bedroom. I had a call from Mark by 10.30 am that morning to arrange a visit. And by Saturday lunchtime, you had supplied and fitted the grippers, underlay and carpet, at a very competitive price.
We were so pleased that we have already used you again and will have no problem recommending you to anyone.
