As part of Redditch’s biggest talent contest local wannabes are being offered the chance to perform in front of 15,000 people.
Talent in the Town, run by local community radio station Kingfisher FM, is open to performers of all ages although under 18s will require adult supervision.
For those who think they are the next Leona Lewis or JLS there will be qualifying heats held throughout October (the first being Tuesday, October 13) at Redditch United football ground.
The judges will pick the best performers to go through to the next round until just a small number remain to go through to the live final at Redditch Council’s firework display on November 5.
During the final the winner will be decided via an audience text vote with prizes including a recording session and radio air time promotion.
