We will accompany you when you view any of the properties we manage and can offer advise regarding any house renting questions you might have.
Once you have chosen a property which you wish to rent we will make all the necessary arrangements for collection of deposits, monthly rental payments and advise you on transferring gas, electric and water accounts.
We will then manage the property on behalf of the landlord, liaising with you regularly and organising any maintenance or repairs.
We are also able to offer various insurance policies including cover for contents and personal items.
We aim to make all aspects of property renting and house renting as straightforward as possible.
