As many people already know Rhyl has been named by the Welsh Assembly Government as one of the areas qualifying for regeneration.
Plans for the regeneration scheme including improvements to Rhyl and Colwyn Bay are due to be announced today. The scheme could mean large amounts of mopney being spent on the areas in an effort to boost their prosperity and rid them of any negative images.
