Richmond “Best of” member, letting and property management agents Fitz-Gibbon received not one but two major awards at The Times & Sunday Times Letting Agents of the Year Awards this week.
Established in Richmond and this year celebrating 22 years as a specialist agent, Fitz-Gibbon, were up against some of the largest agencies in the country in this Nationwide awards programme.
Fitz-Gibbon received Bronze in the coveted category for Best Customer Service; placing them third in the country in terms of their commitment to offering the highest level of service to all their landlords and tenants. The award is judged against all size of agents from single office firms to large multi-office national chains. – a huge result for this solid and highly regarded independent agency run by Gerald & Susan Fitz-Gibbon.
Fitz-Gibbon was also awarded Silver in the Best Small Agent category – Where they were judged against all agents with 2-6 offices. Again a fantastic result and evidence that local businesses can compete successfully against some of the largest businesses in the country.
Director Gerald Fitz-Gibbon says “I am desperately proud of the whole team at our offices in Richmond, Chiswick and St Margarets. Whilst naturally, we strive to promote and implement good practice, it is encouraging for us all to receive these awards which underpins our achievements – next year we shall, appropriately be Going for Gold!”
