The popular Freedom Passes are undergoing a make-over, which allow disabled and over-60 ticket holders free travel through the Borough.
Users must renew their passes between 4th January and 13th February 2010.
The new tickets will carry the holder's photo, which is designed to eliminate the need to carry separate photo ID. The new passes will also only need to be renewed every five years compared to the current two. Also, every London Borough will be introducing the pass from the New Year.
Applications should be made to the Post Office and will take up to 10 working days to produce from the date of application.
Existing passes will cease to work after the 31 March.
