Richmond Borough’s oldest residents are being invited to act as guests of honour at Richmond Council Older People’s Celebration Fair on Tuesday 6 October.

It's an event promoting the range of activities and opportunities available to older residents, also celebrating an honouring our eldest souls.

The fair is one of a number of events taking place as part of the borough’s annual Older People’s Week, which runs from 5th - 11th October.

Anyone aged over-100 attending the fair will be considered a Guest of Honour of Richmond's most notable dignatries.

The week, which has been organised by the Council, Age Concern and the Pension’s Service includes health walks through Bushy Park, low impact exercise classes in Whitton, line dancing in Barnes Green Centre, Bingo at Redknap House and many more.

A list of all the events taking place during the week is available from libraries or www.richmond.gov.uk/older_peoples_week
Alternatively call 020 8487 5049.
