Hampton Court Palace is one of the country's most well known tourist attractions. With lavish architecture and interiors it's also home to the world's most famous hedge maze. Hampton Court Palace is within easy reach of both Richmond and Twickenham.
What a great day out we had here, a few things helped, the weather was great, there were staff in period costumes, and Oh, I had a 5 year old little girl who pretended she was a real princess for three hours, delightful. The maze is great too so be sure you dont miss it. The best thing is when you are there you feel a million miles away, but in reality it is a 5 min walk from a mainline.
