Pam and the team are so great,as a nervous patients they were so kind and looked after me. (I wish I had known them years ago). all The treatment and procedures were discussed beforehand, I was made so comfortable that I forgot i was ever nervous. I didn't have the confidence to smile, I could not eat but after having the treatment at Waterside I can also smile, eat and now got a new life. If it hadn't been for Pam and Louise I would have lost all my teeth a long time ago as my condition was hereditary, however I still have the majority of my own teeth. A very caring and considerate practice.

Vert professional and welcoming dental practice. All the staff can't do enough for you and the standards are extremely high. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is nervous and wanted to be treated in a very caring manner. They are excellent.

Since coming here having a great job on my teeth I have cut the visits to half compared to NHS dentist in which even the cost has been balanced. 2 visits to see here, dentist(nhs) and hygienist (nhs) 4 times cut in half

I was recommended to this practice because I had 2 badly decayed teeth which needed extracting and I was worried I would be left with a big gap. I had 2 dental implants which feel like my own teeth and I can eat and chew as normal. I would recommend dental implants to anyone in the same position.
