So I've spent a good long time working here at the Best of Rochdale and it has most definitely been a great experience. As I wrote and researched the different businesses and Rochdale in general, I have truly observed and come to appreciate, how put together Rochdale is as a community.
The sheer number of local events is staggering. I had thought finding and putting up events would be difficult but I was soon proven wrong. Rochdale is such a vibrant and active area and what makes it so are the locals and the great businesses.
I have come to really like Rochdale in all its friendly glory and I wish other communities see it as an example and strengthen their community bond.
There's is so much to do in Rochdale, one could simply not have nothing to do. There's something for everyone and as holiday seasons draw closer, activity levels rise. Rochdale's Town Hall is superb and I must admit The Touchstones is my favourite place with all the art and craft workshops going on and so much to look at.
I have enjoyed working at The Best of Rochdale a lot more because my 'Boss' is so friendly and easy to approach, she can definitely make you fall in love with Rochdale.
I would highly recommend that, the unfortunate souls who have yet to discover Rochdale, get on with it and have a visit!
