Why not do something that's both fun and healthy? Almost everyone loves music, and what does music make you want to do?

Dance! 

Dancing has been proven to be one of the most effective fitness routines, dancing involves movement of various body parts depending on the chosen Dance style. Keeping healthy in this way will do wonders for your body and mind and what's most important is that it's FUN!

There are lots of dance styles to choose from, you could pick whichever suits your personality and learn to be the best. Lots of places teach young people to dance and Rochdale is a place where anything and everything is possible!

Rochdale is full of wonderful dancers and young people who have the ability to become great dancers. The arts are widely encouraged in towns like Rochdale and that does not leave out the Performing arts.
You could easily learn Ballet, Street Dancing, BreakDancing, Aerobics, Tricks and Flips, Tango, Ballroom Dancing and even Tap! Whatever you fancy, you will be doing something that's fun for you and great for your system. Dancing helps relax the mind and reduce stress, it gives you something to focus on and work towards, allowing you to forget your problems and be the star!

So why not give it a shot? You live in Rochdale a  place of encouragement and appreciation, and let's not forget that this is a fantastic indoor activity that English weather can't Cancel!
