You can select to 'create a code' which gives a 3rd party such as your employer the information for 72 hours.
If you run a business you can use this system to check your employees licences. We recommend you do this at least annually for ALL employees not just those in company vehicles. I am often surprised and shocked at the lack of process in place to keep on top of this essential check on employee records.
