Is your place of business a welcoming, friendly place that puts customers at ease or a chilly, bleak place that puts people off returning? I visit lots of businesses and have been in both, I have felt uncomfortable in places where no-one says hello or offers help, I don't tend to return, who wants to be ignored? One of the most pleasant business office to visit is that of TBD Associates. They have private parking which is a big plus in Rochdale and come to open the barrier when you arrive. The reception is clean, large and airy with large sofas if you need to wait, which is never for very long by the way. there is always someone behind reception and coffee is always offered, they make a lovely brew. I have never been left wondering when someone is going to see me and am always asked who my appointment is with, who is then contacted immediately. Another great reception is that of Greg Couzens Hair Salon. The wood decor is beautiful and it is always warm and smells of great product. The reception staff are friendly and helpful again offering drinks which all makes for a relaxing experience in the hairdressers. It doesn't take a lot to make people feel as though they are coming into a place whose owners understand the importance of appearance and a customers experience. Vases of flowers from Funky Floral make a huge difference both visually and by how they smell go along way to help create a great first impression. I have seen Alex from Funky Floral signature style of flowers in lots of business receptions and they are a real talking point and look fantastic. I know which businesses mean business by how they create that first impression do you?.
Local girl, loves Rochdale and the people here.
