Pam and the team are so great,as a nervous patients they were so kind and looked after me. (I wish I had known them years ago). all The treatment and procedures were discussed beforehand, I was made so comfortable that I forgot i was ever nervous. I didn't have the confidence to smile, I could not eat but after having the treatment at Waterside I can also smile, eat and now got a new life. Vert professional and welcoming dental practice. All the staff can't do enough for you and the standards are extremely high. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is nervous and wanted to be treated in a very caring manner. They are excellent.
