Hi Lisa,
I would also like to thank both you and the staff at the Riverside for what was a fantastic evening.
I am as you probably noticed a rank amateur when it comes to events like proms, if it wasn’t for your expert guidance and patience with me it would never have been anything like it was.
So thanks again for all the effort and time you gave me, and for the wonderful evening that the students enjoyed.

What can we say about the Riverside other than excellent! We are so pleased
we chose them for our reception venue. From start to finish from contacting
them to book the wedding, through the planning/contact and finally the big
day was absolutely fantastic! They are professional but friendly and to make
any change is no hassle and they will try to accommodate your request.
We were so impressed with how the room was decorated. Everything that we
provided they knew exactly how this needed to be set up and we were so
pleased it looked just how we imagined.
We would definitely recommend on booking the Riverside whether it be for
your wedding or any other occasion, we can safely say you will not be
disappointed!!

Just to say thank you for all you did for our prom on the 2nd July 2015, it was a great night and all our pupils and staff had a brilliant night . I wanted to thank you and your colleagues for organising the wonderful Valentine's Ball last Saturday. It was our 4th ball and we enjoyed it as much as ever. Our group of ten had been looking forward to it and our anticipation mounted as we glimpsed through the doors into the function room and saw how beautifully the tables had been decorated. The meal was very good as usual. We had only just started our soup course when one of our guests said "can we book this again for next year?" I am not sure whether he meant the soup or the event - the soup was delicious. The disco was very good and Franklyn was brilliant. The way he knows his audience and chooses songs accordingly, and the way he interacts with folk as he wanders round the room singing is impressive.
Another of our guests said "what brilliant night it was".

I write on behalf of the Mayor and Mayoress and all at the Town Council to thank you and all the staff at The Riverside, especially Aimee, for their part in ensuring that this year's Remembrance Day commemorations were such a great success again. It was an incredible turnout as always, with estimates suggesting around 800-900 people in attendance. I know that a great many of them crossed the road to The Riverside for refreshments and the staff managed them brilliantly. I appreciate how difficult and stressful it can be to manage an influx of that number of people and I'd be grateful if you could pass on our sincere thanks for helping to make the morning that bit extra special.
