It is a shame that so many of our traditional butchers and bakers are being replaced by big supermarkets. Good, local butchers are a rarity these days, unless you live in Rossendale of course! D T Law are a family run butcher, baker and delicatessen who provide Rossendale with the best, locally sourced produce.
With everything from prime cuts of pork and beef to cheeses (yum!), pastas and pies, you're sure to find something to your taste! All bakery products are handmade on the premises so you know that only the highest quality ingredients are used.
Feeling hungry?
Food from the bakery at D T Law is the ideal winter warmer, with a selection of the finest pies, pasties, sausage rolls, paninis and sandwiches made fresh on site for you. For those of you with a sweet tooth, there's something for you too- Cartmel Sticky Toffee Pudding, apple and whinberry pies.
D T Law are also the proud owners of the recipe for the best meatballs in Lancashire! A closely guarded secret, they are served in a delicious Italian tomato and herb sauce. Continuing the Lancashire theme, D T Law sell black puddings, Lancashire sauce and of course, "Crumbly Lancashire" cheese.
More than just a butcher, D T Law pride themselves on providing excellent produce and customer service that is second to none, which is why people come back time and time again.
Don't just take my word for it, read some of the testimonials left by customers on our website

Here's the latest addition:
"It's a real pleasure to shop with a local butcher where the produce is far superior to supermarket offerings. The meat is always fresh and lean, and the quality is outstanding. The fillet steaks that we buy always melt in the mouth and there is always something new to try. The steak pies with their very generous fillings are the best hangover cure in Haslingden! Service is always excellent and you get the feeling that you are a real part of the community when shopping here." Dave L
