The deli's famous courgette cake was recently featured on the popular UK Living TV programme Market Kitchen, a fantastic achievement for the highly recommended coffee shop!
Owners Nate and Steven were delighted to be contacted by Market Kitchen, who had googled "cakes with vegetables" for a special feature they were producing for the show. The search showed that The deli's superb courgette cake came out on top and was the perfect opportunity for people across the country to sample this local delight for themselves.
Market Kitchen kindly requested for two courgette cakes to be sent by courier to London for the show, where they were tested by a taste panel with resounding success! The popularity of the courgette cake is also reflected by the superb testimonials for The deli on The Best of Rossendale:
