Saturday 11th September, various locations around Rossendale
96 of the world's best cyclists will gather in Rochdale on 11th September, beginning their long journey on Britain's answer to the Tour De France! The race will take place over eight days and will finish in London on 18th September. Amongst the cyclists will be Olympic gold medallist Bradley Wiggins!
You can come along and support the cyclists en route or watch coverage on ITV4. The Prostate Cancer Charity is the tour's charity partner for 2010. Cyclists will be arriving in Edenfield at approximately 10.55am, working their way through the Valley into Rawtenstall, Waterfoot and Water before continuing on to Burnley.
