Members of the Whitworth Tourism and Leisure Committee have again complied a town calendar with all proceeds being ploughed back into future Whitworth events and initiatives.
The committee wanted to try something a little different this year and came up with the idea of the theme 'Hidden Whitworth'. The calendar depicts places in and around Whitworth less familiar which will hopefully unearth some hidden gems. The calendar aims to inspire and encourage people to explore the area.
Many of the photos were submitted by members of the public while others were taken by committee members. The local, personal feel of the calendar continues with the inclusion of key dates in the Whitworth annual diary.
The calendar costs £5 and will make the perfect gift for friends and family at Christmas and even a practical purchase for yourself.
It's available to purchase from The Riverside, UBS, the Post Office and the Council Offices, all on Market Street. It will also be sold at future Council-led events.
