Now is one of the best times in the year to be in Rugby – when Rugby is in Bloom!
Lots of people in Rugby put a tremendous amount of effort into brightening up their gardens, allotments and surroundings with flowers.
This year why don’t you enter the Rugby in Bloom competition?
Why not get together in your local community and enter as a group or enter individually!
Help brighten up Rugby – make it the best!

The difference beautiful flower displays can make around the town are absolutely amazing – you only have to look down Corporation Street, it is the only time when it is a pleasure to be stuck in traffic..!
Did you know during Rugby in Bloom it is known that many coach drivers divert their journeys through Rugby, so passengers can view the wonderful floral displays in the town and surrounding area! Coach drivers have also been spotted driving up and down Corporation Street so passengers either side of the coach do not miss out on viewing the amazing displays!
This is a wonderful testament to the effort that is made by the local community.
Coach drivers now park up in Rugby to enable passengers to spend time and appreciate the fantastic floral displays at Caldecott Park, Town Hall and the heart of the Town Centre.
Visitors from all over the country and worldwide are attracted to our town and visit Rugby!
This is great for the local economy and reputation of our community in Rugby.

Local Companies sponsor many of the floral displays, this is recognised with signage adjacent to the displays and their financial support is greatly appreciated by the town. It is Rugby Borough Council together with the co-operation of many local organisations, groups and individuals that help make the Rugby in Bloom a hugely successful campaign.

The aim of the competition is to encourage all sectors of the community help brighten up the environment with flowers.
