The club is hoping to recruit new players from both the UK and further afield in order to add experience to the team.
In order to attract new players, the Lions are asking local businesses to give information of any job vacancies they think could be filled by new players moving to Rugby.
The Lions, currently sitting second from bottom, enjoyed a win over Manchester on Saturday and hope new signings over the next few weeks will see them picking up more points in their bid to stay in the league this season.
