You’ve got the holiday tickets booked and your body and mind are all but ready for 2 weeks of relaxation on the beach – you’ve earned it! I say all but ready because you might be getting a little bit stressed about your ‘beach body’.
Golf. It is the precision sport utilizing balls, clubs and the increasingly frustrated strokes of the player. Despite popular concept, this isn’t a sport just for old men and is an extremely accessible and rewarding hobby that takes you into the great outdoors.
Everyone needs a hobby. We need something to take our mind of the problem and challenges that reality poses us, and whether that is work, family or money related – A hobby keeps your sanity in check, giving you a good release of stress and tension.
I know exactly what you are thinking. You have seen enough Bruce Lee movies to know how to defend yourself, even going as far as watching Enter The Dragon at least 50 times.
