Following the success of last year’s Curry Collab, youth charity Grow are teaming up once again with social enterprise Ammi's Kitchen to bring you a wonderful evening of food, festivity and community spirit.
Expect a mouth-watering menu crafted by Ammi's Kitchen's local women from different cultures. Indulge in a selection of vegan and veggie dishes including:
(All above items will be vegan, apart from one chutney and the cake. Alternatives will be offered.)
On the evening, there will also be the opportunity to take part in our fun quiz and raffle for the chance to win brilliant prizes.
This is a great way to support two fantastic causes:
- Grow is a local youth development charity that uses therapeutic gardening-based activities to engage and support disadvantaged 16-24 year olds.
- Ammi's Kitchen is part of the established local community group Family Voice, and brings together women from different cultures who are keen to share their culinary skills and access paid work.
The proceeds from this event will support Grow's programmes and give young people the opportunity to better their mental health, build social connections and gain the employability skills needed to thrive.
