We got my husbands wedding ring from Green and Benz and we thought their service was perfect. I am a wedding planner and deal with a lot of wedding companies of all types and I have to say the level of service we received from the ladies that worked their was outstanding. The ring my husband chose was great value and the only ring he found that he liked! (He didn't want to wear a ring initially!)
The staff always smiled and couldn't do enough to help us. They sent us a card on our wedding day which was very touching. They really did make us feel extra special wherever possible!

The personal attention and care they give you from the very first step in their store is unmatched anywhere else! They really do care about you, your big day (be it wedding or engagement or valentines or birthday), and continue to provide this great service after your purchase (cleaning rings for example). They are truly one of a kind!

My boyfriend and I came in looking at engagement rings one day just passing by, and the staff was immediately so friendly and so helpful. It was like I was shopping with friends- they listened exactly to what I wanted, let me look around all I wanted, and once I found a ring that I liked, the sales staff spent an incredible amount of time (some of which I think was after closing) telling me all about that and other rings, showing me the finer points to the diamond, measuring my finger, and spending all of that time with very little pressure to make the purchase then. On top of that the merchandise there is absolutely gorgeous- the rings and all of the other pieces of jewelry.

I was looking around for an engagement ring but something different to the normal diamond on a plain ring. I saw a design in one of their catalogues for a really nice band whereby the design is made of "leaves".
I immediately went in store on what actually turned out to be their anniversary and got complimentary wine and some cupcakes!!! It was the customer service from Abby that really impressesd though as the ring i wanted wasn't strictly an engagement ring however they liaised with the creator to have a bespoke version made that is of the same design but smaller in width. I loved the final product and i guess the other half did too, as she's now my fiance and we're on our way to getting married next year!

I had some money left to me when my Dad died, and wanted to get something really special to wear everyday. I chose Green + Benz as I have often stopped to gaze at the array of beautiful jewellery in the window. The staff were so helpful and made chosing my special piece of jewellery a real joy. I was so pleased with my ring when it arrived, from the beautiful sparkling diamonds to the personal inscription inside. Green + Benz is definately the first place I will visit when I next want something amazing!
