I have just purchased an engagement ring from green + Benz in Sheffield. Compared to other jewellers I visited green's customer service was fantastic. I took my other half along and they sat us in a private area, offered tea and coffee and let sal try on a variety of rings. I know she felt so special and looked after. They also provided expert advice about ring styles and diamond grades. When I wanted to modify one of the rings it was no problem, they went straight to the designer in Germany to find out if it was possible. I also really liked the fact that the store has worked hard to get contracts with various unique designers; It gave me confidence in the real quality of the shop and team. When I finally made a choice of ring green's rapidly sourced a selection of loose diamonds for me to choose from. They worked hard to find me options varying in size and quality to meet my budget. I was really impressed with green's in Sheffield, the team were friendly, polite and experienced.

Really friendly service. I phoned with an enquiry and they made me an appointment , offered me a coffee, found what style of ring I was interested in, put away anything which was over budget, got me to look at the ring in a full length mirror from a distance, no pressure, promised good after care & gave advice about insurance

Very welcoming and friendly, gives you a plenty of time to decide which ring you love. The best part was I didn't feel like being pushed to buy something but supported me to make decision by giving me a plenty of choices and time. I felt like we were treated as VIPs. It was such a fantastic experience!
