Bespoke Computing have made security enhancements to our local network including introducing a dedicated hardware firewall and email spam filtering. They have also enabled staff members to access their work computers off site using a safe and low risk solution. Quick and efficient implementation - would recommend.

My laptop died on me when I had lots of work to do (always the way). I whizzed round to Bespoke Computing, they quickly identified that it was the lead rather than the laptop (phew) and were able to provide a replacement there and then. absolute 'save your bacon' kind of service - fantastic.

Bespoke Computing are A1. I received fantastic service. As an individual who is just grateful when their PC fires up each day I was afraid I wouldn't understand any of the techno 'mumbo jumbo'. How wrong I was. The team explained everything clearly to me and nothing was too much trouble for them. I am now more confident that my PC has the correct security guards and Bespoke's back up facility is worth its weight in gold. My future requirements are sorted.

Bespoke Computing have been great. My husband and I have recently set up our own tailoring business and needed some serious advice and help with setting up the right IT system. Our building does not make for the best wireless network signal, so we spoke with Chris @ Bespoke. He recommended these booster units which simply plug into the mains - and hey, presto, the signal for my laptop has gone from ʼlowʼ to ʼexcellentʼ! Cost effective, easy to set up and there was even a folllow-up call to make sure everything was OK.

Bespoke Computing have just supplied my business with broadband, i was up and running exactly when they said i would be and they even formatted my router so all i had to do was switch my computer on. I have used Bespoke in the past for techical support and they always offer a fast and effective service. Chris and the team pride themselves on their straight forward approach and never try to make things complicated. You get fast cost effective service that is explained to you in nice simple english!!! How many IT companyʼs do you know who could do that? I would have no hesitation in regarding Chris and the team at Bespoke (infact i do regularly).
