Been using Express car wash for years and always been happy but for today. The job was rushed and no where near the normal standard. Fly splats left all over the front and the winscreen and wheels hardly touched. Took me 15 minutes when I got home to finish the job. Hope they improve on this poor standard 😟

First time going to a car wash at all, I normally do my own car to an almost professional standard (wash, dry, polish, wax and polish again) which takes me about 3 hours. I was in and out on less than 10 minutes so I wasn't expecting perfection by that point. It cost me £10 for my Civic to have a wash and wax, but I didn't see them wax at all even though I paid for it and I even asked if it had been done at the end and they just said yes. The photo I have attached to this review, shows their handiwork on the left hand panel and then the gleaming rear panel is after I actually waxed it at home.
If you are looking for a quick and convenient car wash, then this is probably good value for money. If, like me, you're expecting a showroom quality finish then you had better look somewhere else or do it yourself!

They always do a good job cleaning the car here. I did pay for a wash and wax which included an air freshener to be told at the end they did not have any air freshers left. They should have made me aware of that before I paid not after so that did spoil the experience.
