I have never had a massage before. But I work in construction and I have taken up a combat sport and have been training hard to compete. My body has been put through it's paces and it was definitely sore! I sought out Tessa through thbestof and I was thrilled with the massage. Having nothing to compare it to, I already know it was a very high calibre massage and she definitely worked some knots out of me and made me feel really relaxed. I found Tessa at In Good Hands to be very warm and welcoming. I have recently undergone surgery for a sports injury. Tessa helped speed up my recovery by working into my scar tissue. I would have no trouble recommending her to any of my friends as whilst there I also had a back and shoulder massage! Which was up there with the best I've ever had. Will be returning weekly!

Playing sport over 5 times a week takes it's toll on your body so massage is certainly the greatest way to reduce the stress on the muscles. Tessa adapts her massage pressure according to the client, I'm not a fan of wishy washy massage which does nothing for deep muscular tension, therefore Tessa alters the pressure accordingly, likewise for those who prefer lighter massage!
I would seriously not recommend anybody else for massage as Tessa is the warmest and most sincere individual I've met with the utmost consideration for her clients. Her entire aura relaxes you and prepares you for the best massage you will ever have!!

Having had several massages from Tessa Kirk at "In Safe Hands" I would highly recommend her. I suffer with neck problems and back issues and as a tall man with a broad back I need the pressure to be strong.
I have had many massages over the years and often the pressure has not been satisfactory but with Tessa it is always just what I need and deeply hidden knots are worked away and I feel so much better at the end of each treatment. I give her 5 stars.
