Excellent service from measurement through to fitting of replacement conservatory windows and interior double glazed picture window. Nick and Ron were punctual, polite and very hard working. I have had some glass replaced in my conservatory by salop glass. Two lovely men called Mark and Nicky turned up to do the work. Very polite and friendly and soon got on with the job. I am so happy with their work. Definitely use this company again.

Very pleased with our new Palladio front door from Salop Glass. They offer an excellent service backed up by exceptional customer service. I had to Contact Mark about a minor problem with the glazed panel he dealt with this and ensured everything was to our satisfaction. We asked Mark to try and find out the source of the noisy double-glazing units at the back of our house (not installed by Salop Gless).
After a thorough inspection, he verified what he thought was the source and sent us a prompt estimate for the job.
Nick and Ugis arrived as promised and carried out the remedial work to our complete satisfaction.

Plastic cladding and new door - top notch! Can’t praise these guys enough! From describing what we needed nothing but help and suggestions, offered 3 choices of door, of various cost and build quality, with no pressure sale at all! Both fitting teams for cladding and door were courteous and considerate to us and property, and all work is of a very good standard at a very competitive price. They’ll be getting my trade again!

We installed secondary glazing in about 1970 in one of our bedrooms, but when the clips for the upper sash broke, so that it couldn't remain up in place, we asked Salop Glass to look at it. They explained that it couldn't be repaired, but would have to be replaced entirely. We went to see their demonstration model, which is fitted with balancing weights, so that both sashes can be raised or lowered with ease, as well as be opened inwards to allow both secondary panes to be cleaned, neither of which can be done on other secondary glazing we have. We duly accepted their quotation and found that all their staff, with whom we have come into contact, have been friendly and professional and have done an excellent job, with which we are well pleased.

The team from Salop Glass replaced all the windows in our house and did some building work. The new windows have completely transformed the appearance of our house and made it look much more modern, and inside the house is much warmer. we're really pleased with them. They also did building work to take down an internal wall and put in large sliding doors so that our kitchen could look out onto our back garden. They were working at our house over an extended period. Everyone who worked at our house was friendly and helpful, and cared about getting the job done to our satisfaction. It was a lot of work and there were inevitably a few glitches, all of which Salop Glass got sorted without issue, and to our complete satisfaction. Communication with the office was good and we always knew what was happening when. The price was all per the contract. On the basis of our experience we would highly recommend this company.

We love our warm roof and cannot thank the guys at Salop Glass enough. An excellent job all around, everything was left clean and tidy. All the fitters were very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend Salop Glass any day. The warm roof has made a massive difference to what was a very cold conservatory. Definitely worth considering if you’ve got a conservatory, give them a shout.
