I called Gary Huntbach reporting a fault in our Kitchen PIR. He attended to that call immediately and fixed the problem. 2 days later the same fault reappeared and this time he needed to replace the unit. There was no fuss and he did the job in less than 10 minutes. I paid him the cost of the unit and a small labour charge.

Sentinel Security fixed my alarm system today, taking it over from another company. The service from the outset was professional, friendly and reasonable.
The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and also extremely tidily. Apart from the new box on the wall in the dining room (which looks better) and a new box to the outside of the premises (which also looks better) you would not know anyone had been drilling and running cables in the house at all. I will recommend this company to friends and family and am pleased that they will be looking after the security of my home for me. Thank you so much

An excellent service I’d highly recommend SST to anyone. After I’d had an unnerving experience, Gary went out of his way to quote and install the home security system as quickly as possible, making time for a 2nd visit to complete the installation when I was unable to coordinate actions. A high quality job, very neat and tidy workman. I was so grateful for his flexibility, reassuring approach and patience showing me how to use the system.

I highly recommend SST. They installed an alarm system for me very promptly, as I only had a 2 day window to get it done. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the thorough way they explained everything they would do and they then sent a comprehensive written quote with total costs. They were prompt, efficient, and cleaned up after verything they did. I was showed exactly how to use the system. It is simple to understand, which is important to me. Gary and Jon fitted an alarm and cctv system to my house 5 years ago and have maintained them since that time. Their service has been first class throughout. Their technical knowledge has been excellent, they are responsive and extremely helpful and they charge reasonable prices for what they do.
Two of my friends have also used Sentinel , and are similarly impressed.

Grade 2 Security Alarm fitted as recommended. Gary from SST and colleague were friendly, respectful of property and fitted system with no problems at all.
Alarm system met all our needs and thoroughly recommend maintenance contract for a small annual fee that ensures SST check all is functioning as it should and if there is a problem no matter how small (e.g. battery replacement), you can be assured SST respond.Would highly recommend SST for customer service and Grade 2 Alarm fitted.

I work for a major Charity in Shrewsbury. When our external security camera stopped working, we were quoted a total of over £300 pounds to have it fixed. Wanting a second opinion, I contacted Gary who has worked on my own house alarm system for the last 8 years. He had it fixed in quick time; a new camera wasn't needed, just a replacement electrical unit.

Decided to have a security system and CCTV cameras installed after a recent spate of burglaries in the area. Gary from SST explained the system and advised on the requirements to keep our home safe. The work was carried out quickly,cleanly and with the minimum disruption. No hard sell used and we were given plenty of opportunity to get familiar with the setup.
