Would highly recommend this company. They came and fitted a parquet flooring for me and it wasn’t a straight forward job. They remained professional throughout and went above and beyond my expectations. The lads Brian and Martin worked as a great team, were very tidy workers and also very punctual. I had initial dealings with Errol when he came to measure and quote and I knew from that moment this company had high standards and it was the company for me. The job took 4 days as promised even though it was not straight forward. The team stayed late to complete on the last day. Very happy.

Fabulous service from start to finish. Jo on admin great at communication as we needed to change dates, this was no problem. Errol should be rightly proud of his business. Professional service throughout. Team has obvious pride in their jobs and genuinely want you to be pleased with results.

Errol runs a fantastic company. Pride themselves on excellent customer care and a professional job. We are delighted with our new and restored floor. It looks as good as new again and it’s over 40 years old. Brian Errol and another colleague completed the job ( sorry I don’t know your name ) The finish is perfect and they were all knowledgeable efficient and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone. Ourselves and our neighbours have used them and delighted with results. Jo on admin also great. Good email communication and able to work round dates we could do. Thank you.

The floor is beautiful but unfortunately the finishing and making good is not. This is the second time I have used them, and the first time I was a bit disappointed but as it was tenanted, I decided not to make a fuss. The second time was my own home, and despite asking for help with the many issues including the varnishing of the floor and fitting of the skirting board, I was offered no real help or support. After taking advice, I just paid the bill and got someone else in to make good. I did have an oak floor job for them at another tenanted property, but I have given it to someone else.

The Flooring Fitter, Errol and his team have fitted four engineer wood floors for us. I cannot recommend them more highly. They are punctual, hardworking, polite and most important extremely good at their job. The floors they have laid for us are superb. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
