The property market enjoyed its most buoyant period for many years during 2014 and it is expected that this increase in activity will continue in the next 12 months, with many Shropshire people looking to buy and sell a home in 2015.
A recent report by the Halifax has published figures showing that the number of first-time buyers in 2014 jumped to its highest level in seven years, estimating that 326,500 people bought their first house or flat last year - a rise of 22% compared to 2013.
