Big congratulations to our Business Member and chief instructor at Oswestry Freefighters, Morgan Nunns, who won his fight at Saturday's AMMA mixed martial arts evening... in 35 seconds of the first round! Any more claims to fame from bestof Shrewsbury business owners? Let us know because all PR's good PR, as they say (whoever "they" are but they seem to be very knowledgeable). But did anyone know that one of wedding photographers, Robin Goodlad from Natural Light, was on the last series of Masterchef? That was pretty impressive, especially as he made it through the tough first round (unlike Morgan's opponent...). Somebody else I know was also on that series but he disgraced himself by taking a bite out of a carrot then serving said carrot up to John and Gregg. Not exactly haute cuisine....
