Bluebird Care Shropshire is celebrating a career in care, and the positive impact their dedicated care assistants make across the Shropshire community every day, as part of a national drive, which launched on Monday 6th February 2023.

The more than just a career in care campaign, headed up by Bluebird Care’s franchise support centre, aims to share care assistants’ outstanding stories and the journey they have been on,  highlighting the benefits of a career in care and how Bluebird Care is so much more. The purpose of the campaign is so we can showcase why Bluebird Care Shropshire can offer more than just a career in care.

With an increasing ageing population, more people choosing to opt for care at home and there is a huge demand for naturally caring individuals to join the care sector. Our campaign aims to showcase the benefits of a career in care and assist with the attraction, recruitment and retention of care assistants who are naturally kind and compassionate individuals, keen to make a real difference.

Bluebird Care Shropshire will be hosting initiatives throughout February/March to promote the campaign.

Pamela, one of Bluebird Care Shropshire’s care assistants’ said:
