A family-run, Shrewsbury firm of funeral directors is celebrating after securing a prestigious industry accolade for its ongoing commitment and dedication to its customers.

Shrewsbury-based Aubrey Kirkham Funeral Directors has been presented with the coveted Customer Care Award by Funeral Planning Services, an independent company that looks after the administration of funeral prepayment plans in the UK.

The prestigious title was awarded to the firm following feedback from a customer survey in which it scored a huge 100% satisfaction from its customers for its ongoing commitment, customer support, and compassion.

The survey also showed that out of those asked, all of them would recommend the service to someone else.
