This year Lingen Davies is hosting their Shrewsbury, Telford and Mid Wales Colour Runs on the SAME DAY, turning the region into one giant rainbow and we want you to join us.
Pick a location (Shrewsbury, Telford or Powys), sign up and be part of an EPIC day of colour all whilst help local people affected by cancer.
At each location, there is a 5k course where our volunteers are primed and ready to douse you in colour powder…ending the day with a clean t-shirt is not an option!!

9am – TELFORD – Apley Farm Shop, Shifnal
10am – POWYS – Meadow Springs Country and Leisure Park, Caersws
11.30am SHREWSBURY – Sansaw Estate, Hadnall
