Cannot thank everyone at SY1 enough! Everyone is very professional but extremely lovely and friendly! I went in with box dyed black hair (been dying it black for about 4 years), they stripped my hair to a more natural brown and a lighter balayage. I wasn’t 100% happy with the colour after the first day and even though they were fully booked, still managed to fit me in the next day!
