WOW!! Sam is undoubtedly the BEST painter and decorator in Shropshire. I found him on this site and after reading all the reviews, contacted him for a quote to redecorate our whole house. The reviews are 100% correct. Sam is fantastic. He responded immediately, then quoted quickly and in excellent detail and clarity. He is highly skilled, his attention to detail and cutting-in is beyond flawless and above all that he is a thoroughly good guy. He is polite, cheery and such a phenomenally hard worker, a real “grafter” in a bid to achieve not only a great finish but perfection. I would highly recommend and personally wouldn’t now use anyone else. I can’t sing Sam’s praises highly enough. You will not be disappointed. Everyone who comes to my house comments on the beautiful paintwork and other trades who were working alongside during our refurbishment were also super impressed and that says a lot. Sam from SRM is absolutely Brilliant. Five stars is not enough, I’d give him a hundred 🤩

Not great at all very disappointing ! Drab, no pillow protectors, stained quilt on floor in a shabby cupboard. Quilt on our bed as flat as paper as are the towels. Tired and dated for the cost. Would not come back. Good job it is only for one night.

As I am not into camping and caravan insurance but I do go to their cafe for a breakfast or just a coffee which I always enjoy. Sorry that this is not an all round review but i can only comment on my own experience.

Extremely grateful to the service engineer who refitted our motorhome bathroom window for us today. Forgot to close it before setting off and an HGV passed us and sucked it off. (The draught created also pushed the bathroom door open and broke the catch!) Thankfully the window was still hanging on by it's closer and not damaged but we just couldn't get it back on the van. Googled caravan repairers near by and this company came up. Read their 'about us' section and they sounded really helpful and friendly. But, would they live up to their name? They did!! Fixed it for us and now it's as good as new. Bought a few bits from the parts shop and had lunch at the cafe which was excellent. Turned into a really lovely experience. If everyone gets the same level of care and attention we received today then I can highly recommend this company.
