I contacted them to ask about the service history and they provided me all the details along with details of what needed doing next within a couple of hours. I really appreciated the friendly/prompt response and would use and recommend them in the future.

I'd suggest T J Vickers Shrewsbury to a friend because it was a wonderful experience you had no pressure and you was free to look at vehicles, they were all happy to help you and answer any questions you wanted to ask. They offered you a hot beverage while going through paperwork and they recommended places to drive to go for a test drive which was good. Overall I will be going back in the future.
