Lovely visit with my sisters. Reasonable entry, free parking and very friendly staff. Good gift shop, tasty sausage sandwich and other food available by picnic benches. Saw lots of animals: baby pygmy goats, geese, pigs, chickens, ducks, shire horses, lambs, donkeys. Even got to hold a duckling and stroke lambs and watch piglets suckle. Nice informative place about victorian farm and wood craft. Safe covid measures and eady social distancing. Would recommend for families.

What a hidden gem this place is. Having been to many of the differing tourist attractions in and around the county, this has to be pound-for-pound right up there with the very best of them. It's just a lovely place with a team of staff members who do it proud. They are all so friendly and helpful and that all helps with the real feel-good factor you get just walking around. Set against a film-set backdrop of rolling hills and countryside, I can't think of too many lovelier places to be. Extremely reasonably priced. Fantastic - will definitely return.

We all had the a fantastic time, the perfect place to take my young grandchildren. So much to see that met all their different likes: chicks, piglets, horses, tractors and wheels and the highlight for one the shepherds hut! Plenty for me and my big children, amazing veg patch, beautiful scenery, weaving and dairy and delight at watching the kids run excitedly around in a safe and well looked after venue. We all left feeling more than happy. I realised I’d lost my purse there, rang up and was told they’d found it and put it in the safe. I live around 20 miles away but a member of staff delivered it to my door. Wow that’s service! Thank you so much to all at the farm who helped to make our day special. We’ll definitely be back.

A great day out at Acton Scott Farm. Despite the Covid restrictions there was still plenty to do and see. Our children managed to help Farrier Tom make a horse shoe at the forge and were given it as a keep sake. Great demonstration and Tom was a real character. There were baby chicks that were held and the opportunity to sit in a 6’ high shire horse! The grounds were stunning along with the beautiful views of Shropshire.
There was a willow maze which the kids loved as well. Loads to see and a great insight into the past.
Only draw backs were the lack of toilets and cafe due to the restrictions, some porta loos might help along with other drink outlets.

we spent a morning at the farm and very much enjoyed the whole experience. There is a lot to see and do for all ages and the staff are extremely knowledgable and approachable. It still has a proper farm feel about the place and not too theme parked. We spent a few hours remembering how we used to use some of the old farm equipment, a few years ago now! It is also a great place for families.

The food and service was outstanding. Due to a number of events going on over the weekend the hotel was not as quite as we had hoped.
