Excellent friendly service. Gary explained everything to us and offered very sound advice. There was no hard sales talk and left it entirely up to us if we wanted them to do the work, no pressure what so ever. When Gary came to do the work on two separate orders, nothing was too much trouble, and he would not finish until he was completely satisfied and ensured that we were as well. The quote was the quote even though one one occasion Gary sent more time than anticipated, We have and still will, recommend Sentinel Security Technicians. Mr & Mrs Griffiths, Shrewsbury.

First Class service. We needed to upgrade our existing alarm system and asked several companies to quote. Jon visited us and explained in plain English what we needed. He would also install the equipment if we went ahead. The price was not the cheapest we received but we considered him trustworthy and down to earth. The installation went ahead without any hitches and the system has been running smoothly now for four months. In addition, he spent time with us using the system until we were comfortable with everything. This company is highly recommended and I would go back to them for further security upgrades in the future.
