Room a little dated but visit totally made by the exceptional levels of customer service which is sometimes lost in hotels nowadays.

Particular thanks to Kristen and the General Manager for their attention to detail and ensuring the high levels of service.

A real find. Great for families. Lots of hands on fun farming in Victorian times. Shire Horses are beautiful.

Lovely but nothing like as much activity as I expected. More a museum, or showpiece than an actual working farm.. My expectations were probably daft... I visualised a real farm...
The high point for our grandchildren was working the bellows for the farrier and :having a horseshoe to take home. Great idea. Lots of interesting info. Good lunch in the cafe.

Good place for kids. Best to take a picnic. Cafe is super expensive and baked tatties are old precooked
