A great afternoon out with authentic machinery, old buildings, fantastic animals (many ducks, chickens, pigs, calves). Covid measures being followed carefully, a handful of buildings not open as number of staff is reduced but didn't detract from the experience at all.

Loved our visit today. Always a joy to see animals and the staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the shire horses and talking to Tom the farrier who was absolutely fascinating.

Fascinating, enjoyable esp when all the little demos are up and working. A warm welcoming place bring your boots

The farm was lovely although limited due to Covid. All the people working /volunteering were great too. Unfortunately we had an appalling experience with the chef. On politely enquiring if we'd been forgotten 40 minutes after ordering, he was disgracefully rude, shouting that he didn't care, wasn't interested, and to go away!! A thoroughly vile man, inexcusable behaviour. I recommend taking a picnic.

A slice of rural life which contributes much to urban understanding.

Fantastic day out, lovely friendly people. Loved seeing the animals run free. Would recommend anyone with kids to go here.

The farm was well worth visiting. Lots of interesting things to see and knowledgeable staff and volunteers to tell us about them. However, our day was marred by the attitude of the chef in the cafe, who shouted at us and was extremely rude when we politely enquired if our, fairly basic, order had been forgotten after a long wait.
