Attended family wedding. Hotel is in a beautiful setting and the staff were very welcoming and friendly, room was dated and shabby. The mattress was cheap and not very comfortable. breakfast was well overpriced. For what I paid I would have expected a lot more. I have stayed in other hotels in Shrewsbury and have had better quality rooms and breakfast for a lot less money. I don't think I would stop there again.
As a taxi driver in Shrewsbury and knowledgeable ambassador of the town I think the hotel needs to improve in a lot of areas before I could recommend it to any my customers.

I have had a lot of dealings with abbey vets over the years. I have never met a vet like Amanda before. She saved my dogs life. Recently put my older dog to sleep. It was beautiful how it was done. I'm speechless. She is amazing.

Our little Yorkshire Terrier, Buddy, had to undergo emergency spinal surgery. The aftercare, help and support we have received from Abbey Vets has been outstanding. We could not have got through it without them and we will be eternally grateful.

Took my parrot in yesterday with a problem with her beak. They were so kind & considerate to my bird and to me. Even called me today to make sure Coco was ok. Excellent vets & reasonable price too. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
