The staff are really friendly and Ashley is the best hairdresser I have had cut, style and funk up my hair. You don't even have to think too much about it. Just go in and he will make you feel a million dollars!

my first wax ever!! at 35 years old i had never had a wax and decided to give it a go although extremely scared!!! i am a wimp but after talking to Elaine she put me at ease and i went from having a half leg wax to full leg wax and then decided on a bikini wax also!!! i had a G-string wax and it was honestly amazing. It didnt hurt at all and i was put at ease. The results are amazing and i will NEVER EVER shave again. Thank you Elaine - cant wait for my next wax :-)

We asked Andrew to do some tree work for us after seeing what an efficient and professional job he was doing for our neighbours. He took the time to discuss first exactly what we wanted doing and proved to be very knowledgeable. When he arrived to carry out the work he was punctual, quick, tidy and courteous. His work looks neat and finished and he even stacked up the logs we wanted to keep for firewood tidily in a corner of the garden.We would certainly recommend Andrew to any of our friends or family as he did a great job. A refreshing change for us!

Our two dogs and one cat were looked after at Hampton Hayes for nearly a month recently. All the animals were really well cared for and Bev even supplied the James Wellbeloved food that they are used to. The dogs had a lovely big kennel and run, and Hector the cat had a great chalet. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Hampton Hayes to dog and cat owners as they will be cared for in a loving, clean and healthy environment. Thank you, Bev and staff.

This is dog / owner training at its best. Mort doesn't simply teach you how to train your dog, he trains you to understand the dog and it's thinking behind the behaviour. From that foundation he builds on techniques that are appropriate for you and the problems you are experiencing. We had two visits, and the difference it has made to our enjoyment of dog ownership is almost immeasurable. We now have a Border that is a pleasure to walk, and is learning how to greet visitors to our house with all four paws firmly on the ground. Other behaviour issues quickly dealt with were the dog's excitement, and his desire always to be the first in or out of doors / gates etc. I really cannot recommend Mort highly enough. The only downside is that I won't be able to refer to Benjy as 'The Loon' for much longer!!

I visited the hair salon after reading reviews on the bestofshrewsbury website. Kerry did a lovely job. She is professional in her approach and listened and acted on what I wanted. General friendly atmosphere too with a big cup of tea!
